Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our fresh noodle products, we have a strict return policy.

• Returns are accepted only in the following cases:The product is defective or damaged upon arrivalThe package/box is opened or damaged during deliveryThe quantity received is incorrectThe product has passed its expiration date
• For all other reasons (including change of mind, wrong flavor choice, or simply not liking the product), returns and refunds are not accepted.

If your order arrives with any issues listed above, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the problem. We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
